For the second consecutive year, Cryptolog will be present at the “Assises de la Sécurité et des SI”. The event will take place from 30 September to 03 October 2015 in Monaco. For this 15th edition, the trusted third party will present the functional and operational responses proposed by its platform of trust and Universign’s electronic signature to cover the opportunities opened by the entry into force of the European regulation as of 1 July 2016.
Cryptolog, a trusted third party and a leading publisher of electronic signatures, will take part in the 15th edition of the “Assises de la Sécurité et des Systèmes d’Information”, which will take place under the colors of its online trust platform Universign from 30 September to 3 October in Monaco at the Grimaldi Forum.
This one-of-a-kind event brings together more than 2,000 IT security professionals and information systems in one place for three days of conferences, meetings and networking in a relaxed “on the rock” atmosphere. The “Assises” are, in total, more than 130 workshops and roundtables organized every year to address the strategic security concerns of companies.
The prospect of the implementation of the European Regulation (eIDAS) in July 2016 will greatly change the role of trusted services in Europe in the coming years by facilitating the transnational use of online services such as identification, authentication and secure electronic signature. The recognition of European trust-lists and the probative value of the enhanced electronic document will lead to an intensification of electronic exchanges for contractual and binding procedures, thereby leading to the necessary strengthening of the security of such exchanges.
Universign teams will take advantage of this unmissable event of the profession to present the credible alternative solutions to the so-called “simple” signature, made possible by the new authentication services of identity documents. In particular, Julien Stern, President of Cryptolog and recognized European expert in electronic signatures, will host a workshop to be held on Wednesday 30 September at 16:00 on the theme :
In this workshop, we will propose to CIOs and CISOs to (re) discover the principles of operating , regulatory aspects and benefits offered by the Advanced Secured Electronic Signature (Level 2) and Advanced Secured Signature with Qualified Certificate (Level 3). We will also make a full point on the means of implementation of these different levels of security.
We will also be pleased to receive feedback from PSA FINANCE on the “One Stop Shopping” project, allowing the seller to conduct a complete sales and contracting process face-to-face and on a touch-sensitive tablet. This was madepossible thanks to the immediate signature of Level 3.
The full program of this Workshop can be consulted on the Assises website
